"In recent years, because of high efficacy and durability, regenerative medicine and cell therapies have been expected to have greater effects than traditional surgical therapies in aesthetic medicine in Japan, and the number of medical institutions providing regenerative medicine has been rapidly increasing. Among such regenerative medicine, Adipose-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (AdMSC) are considered a promising cell source because of source cell availability, great differentiation ability, and the high content of so-called stem cells (precursor cells).  

  MSCs, represented by AdMSCs, are known to have various effects that include angiogenesis, anti-inflammation, and tissue regeneration and are widely applied in a clinical setting based on the variety of biological properties. In particular, it has been demonstrated that exosomes, which are secreted from MSCs and contain a variety of cytokines and growth factors, play a role in tissue protection and regeneration and have a treatment effect on various diseases. Therefore, so-called cell-free therapy, which uses no cells but the exosomes secreted from stem cells, has been gaining a lot of attention."
